DōTERRA Essential Oils

So, I have this sorta-secret-but-not-so-secret CRUNCHY side...although, when you explore the crunchy world a little more, I quickly learn that I barely qualify - especially being married to Dr. J - had a married someone who didn't you-know go to medical school, I probably would be a lot more crunchy, but he balances me out nicely! Anyway, I'm babbling here - all this to say! In my house, we go through a LOT of tylenol, ibuprofen, and allergy meds (J takes probably twice the recommended dose nearly every single day!) - and it's been bugging me for a while. I'm all for the benefits of modern medicine, but I also know that it can't possibly be good for us to put all this into our bodies on such a consistent basis! So, I started to research essential oils, and at first I was a little put off by the expense (and J was a lot put off by the expense) and the whole idea of "aromatherapy" and all that - especially since, due to J's allergies, we really don't use any perfumes or fragrances in our home and I've gotten to the point that strong scents and perfumes really bug me to - so I was a little worried about how any of this stuff could help us without just making things worse. Then we started having some bathroom problems with Owen as he was potty training and he was making his poor tummy hurt so badly - and I had read about oils helping my friend's daughter with the same issue. So, we tentatively tried a sample of DigestZen and it helped and J became a little more of a believer - then we tried out some Balance and it seemed to provide all of us with some "balance" when we started to get a little stressed - and my slightly-crunchy side and my mama bear side both absolutely loved that natural solutions were actually working for my family and helping us without all the chemicals and yucky side effects of the medicines we were used to taking to treat the same issues - don't even get me started on how amazing they are at helping deal with allergy symptoms!! So, with that we were hooked - and as any one else on the medical training journey knows - we're pretty broke and between working on buying a house, student loans, and other debt - I needed the absolute best deal I could get! So, I signed up as a Wellness Advocate with dōTERRA and now I get wholesale prices and the added benefit of being able to share these oils (which I love) with all my friends and family, so that they can find more natural ways to support their health too! If you are curious about oils and how they could help your family feel free to check out this link or email me or comment.
